Tell Every Amazing Lady's (T.E.A.L.) mission is to promote awareness of the signs and symptoms of Ovarian Cancer, to enable early detection, and to help find the cure for this deadly disease.
When Louisa M. McGregor was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer she and her sister, Pamela Esposito-Amery decided to create T.E.A.L. and to organize a walk to promote awareness and raise funds for research.
It quickly became the largest Ovarian Cancer Walk in New York City with the help of volunteers, local sponsors and community support. Unfortunately, Louisa lost her four-year battle with the disease in March 2011.T.E.A.L. is determined now more than ever to promote awareness and to continue to fund research. Awareness is key. Know your risk. Know the signs.
